- 8 ounces softened cream cheese
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tablespoon matcha powder
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Waffle cones
- Colored chocolate melting wafers
- Crushed oreos
- Candy and cookie toppings of choice
Whip cream cheese, heavy cream, powdered sugar, matcha and vanilla until smooth and fluffy. Let set in the fridge for 30 minutes.
Meanwhile, melt chocolate melts and dip the rim of the waffles cones. Press the crushed oreos onto the chocolate and let set.
