If you are a Positive Pay client, this tutorial is essential for understanding how to manage exception checks effectively. By default, exception checks are set to ‘Return’ and must be reviewed daily. To prevent automatic returns of held checks, it is crucial to make timely decisions on these exceptions. In order to reduce the possibility of unintentional return of checks, we highly recommend enabling the Manage Alerts feature available in Business Online Banking.
