Philip Fincher, JD, LLM, CFP®
Philip Fincher is a Vice President and Private Wealth Advisor at FineMark National Bank & Trust. Mr. Fincher utilizes his two decades of experience in law and finance to work with clients managing and administering trust relationships in Lee and Collier counties.
Prior to FineMark, Mr. Fincher was as a Financial Consultant for A.G. Edwards and Sons in Naples and also served as a practicing attorney responsible for Wills, Trust and Estates.
Mr. Fincher earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Arkansas College of Business and his Juris Doctor Degree from the University of Arkansas School of Law. Mr. Fincher also earned a Master of Laws in Estate Planning from the University of Miami School of Law. He is an active member of the Florida Bar and holds the CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ designation.
Mr. Fincher has lived in Southwest Florida for 20 years and volunteers with various projects at his church and enjoys participating in overseas mission trips.
