To log into personal online banking, first go to finemarkbank.com. once you are on finemarks home page go to the top right corner of your screen and click online access. From the drop down select personal online banking, enter in your user ID and click on log in.
You may be prompted to receive a one-time security code, if so, click continue. You then have the option to receive a phone call or a text message with the code. Once you make your selection click continue. Enter your security code and then click on phone call completed. Next, enter your password and click sign in. You are now in online banking and you should see your personal account information.
If this is your first-time logging in and you need to change your password. Click on customer service at the top of the page. You can then click on change password under account maintenance. Please make sure your password meets the provided criteria and click submit. You can sign out of online banking by going to the top right corner of the screen.
