Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Candy Bar

Ingredients
- 6 tbsp Butter softened
- 1/3 cup Granulated Sugar
- 1/3 cup Light Brown Sugar
- 2 tbsp Canned Pumpkin
- 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
- 1-1/4 cup All Purpose Flour
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp Baking Soda
- 1/2 bag Chocolate Chips
- 1 bag Candy Coating Chocolate
Instructions
- Beat the butter and both sugars together until light and fluffy. Add the pumpkin and vanilla and mix to incorporate. Sift together the flour, salt and baking soda. Gradually mix in the flour mixture into the butter mixture. Fold in the chocolate chips and chill until ready to use.
- Melt the candy coating chocolate according to the package directions.
- Using a rectangular silicone mold, coat the inside of the mold with the melted chocolate and let set. Fill with the cookie dough and smooth out the top. Use the remaining melted chocolate to cover over the exposed cookie dough. Let set in the fridge for at least 2 hours. Carefully unmold and serve immediately.
