Banana Bread Energy Bites

Ingredients
- Heaping cup Whole Pitted Medjool Dates
- 1 cup Raw Walnut Halves
- 1/2 cup Banana Chips
- 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
- Pinch Salt
- 1 tsp Ground Cinnamon
- 1/4 cup Hemp Hearts optional
Instructions
- Place dates in the bowl of a food processor and pulse a few times to chop. Add the vanilla, salt and walnuts and continue pulsing until evenly combined, scraping the bowl as needed. The mixture should come together into a ball. Pulse in the banana chips. Roll into bite sized truffles and roll in hemp hearts.
