Mango Soft Serve
Featuring Estero Bay Olive Oil & Tea
Ingredients
- 4 Cups Frozen Mango cubed
- 1 can 14oz Sweetened Condensed Milk
- 2 Tbsp. Coconut Infused White Balsamic Vinegar
- 2 tsp. Cara Cara Vanilla White Balsamic Vinegar
- 1/2 tsp. *Lime Sea Salt
- Persian Lime Olive Oil drizzle for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Using a good blender, or Vitamix add first 5 ingredients and blend until fully incorporated and smooth. Stopping to scrape down sides of blender if necessary.
- Serve immediately or place in freezer to enjoy later.
Notes
*Substitute full fat coconut milk, (1 13.5oz can) for sweetened condensed milk for healthier version
