Breakfast Sundae

Ingredients

- Toasted Waffles (cut into sticks)
- Whipped Cream
- Toasted Pecans
- Fresh Berries
- Banana
- Cereal Milk Ice Cream (instructions included below)
Cereal Milk Ice Cream
- 2 1/2 cups Heavy Cream
- 1 cup Cornflakes
- 1 can Condensed Milk
- 1/2 tsp Salt
Instructions
Cereal Milk Ice Cream
- Combine cornflakes and heavy cream in a bowl and cover with plastic. Let soak in the fridge overnight.
- The next day, strain out the cereal and whip the cream with the condensed milk and salt until soft peaks form. Pour into a shallow dish and cover tightly. Freeze until solid, at least 3 hours or overnight.
Assembly
- Scoop ice cream into bowl and add berries and sliced bananas. Top with w hipped cream, toasted pecans and the waffle sticks.
