FineMark has begun construction on a new Operations Center at World Plaza in Fort Myers. This new building has been gutted and some employees in an operations function at the bank will be moving to the new facility early in the new year.
FineMark is currently renovating 8,000 square feet of space in Fort Myers to become our new Operations Center. Loan and Deposit Operations will move from our 20,000 square foot Riverwalk office and head a couple of miles east to the new World Plaza location. The project is currently under construction and slated for completion in January.
