The second phase of a major renovation project is virtually complete in Naples and the FineMark team is now occupying nearly 10,000 square feet of space.
The first phase of the project was finished in April and the team moved into half of the space, while Phase II got underway. Now that the office area is complete, the only work left is finishing the industrial kitchen. FineMark will have an onsite chef once the work is done. The completed space, immediately north of the Waterside Shops on Laurel Oak Drive, also includes a large community room for entertaining.
