It is difficult to believe it has been more than three weeks since Hurricane Ian made landfall, forever changing Southwest Florida. So much incredible work has been done, but there is much left to do. We have been focused on helping our colleagues, our clients and our community. A number of our associates lost everything in the storm, and it has been our priority to ensure they have a place to live and clothes on their backs. We have spoken with and met with many of you, and we want you to know, we are here to help, however we can.
In the days following the storm, FineMark launched an internal donation drive and continues to send much needed supplies out into the community. Our people have also worked to remove furniture, drywall and debris from the homes of colleagues, clients and complete strangers. That work will continue in the weeks ahead.
Recovery from Hurricane Ian will take years and FineMark is deeply committed to aid in the ongoing efforts.
