FineMark held a ceremonial groundbreaking for the bank’s newest and largest location in Fort Myers, Florida on November 7th. The $27 million-dollar project is beginning to take shape at the corner of College Parkway and Winkler Road in south Fort Myers.
Nearly 200 associates, clients and friends of FineMark were on hand for the special event. The new site is just a half a mile from FineMark’s current Fort Myers location. The building will be 60,000 square feet, with three floors and plenty of parking for years to come. FineMark’s current operations center will also move to the new site. A second, 7,000 square foot building being constructed at the location will be sold.
Construction is expected to be complete by November 2020.
