Major changes are happening at the site of FineMark’s newest office in Fort Myers. The walls are now up on the 60,000 square foot, three-story building.
Stevens Construction used a tilt-wall technique, where concrete walls were formed horizontally on concrete slabs on the ground and once cured, raised to a vertical position by cranes.
The new building is just a half-mile from our current Fort Myers location. The operation center will also be moved to this site once construction is complete. The project is scheduled to be finished late 2020.
