FINE DINING & BANKING
FINEMARK NATIONAL BANK & TRUST | NAPLES
THE PELICAN PROFILE
Fine dining and banking are two words we do not often hear simultaneously – with modern day banking vastly done online and via phone, regular interactions between client and associate is virtually obsolete.
FineMark National Bank & Trust is working to change that dynamic, with onsite custom dining experiences. The bank offers meals in elegant dining rooms, bringing the banking experience to the next level and making a lasting impression on the Naples community.
When FineMark Bank opened its doors in 2007, President & CEO Joseph R. Catti had an appetite for success that did not align with the style of traditional financial institutions. FineMark strives to provide extraordinary client service, and the addition of full service dining, complete with Executive Chefs at three of its 11 locations, gives clients the opportunity to do business at the bank, more often.
Meals in FineMark’s Naples office are served in four private dining rooms fitted with fine china, cloth napkins, comfortable chairs and of course, freshly prepared gourmet food. “The menu changes on a regular basis, depending what is fresh and available locally,” said Executive Chef, Lauren Simon. “You likely won’t have the same thing twice.”
In addition to experiencing a delightful meal, having the ability to host clients at the bank makes the most of limited schedules, while allowing business and financial conversations to take place in a relaxed atmosphere with complete confidentiality.
Adria D. Starkey, President, Collier County said, “Having an onsite chef, who operates in a commercial kitchen, allows our associates to host lunch meetings daily. It is convenient and it is another way for us to serve our clients and build lasting relationships.”
FineMark also utilizes the chef and community room for client cocktail receptions, educational presentations and events for outside groups. Starkey believes it is an important way that FineMark continues to give back, as well as build a strong rapport with the community it serves. “You will find FineMark hosting events throughout the year,” said Starkey. “Some are just for fun and others are to really help educate people and make a difference in the lives of our clients and in the community.”
The dining experience, whether in the form of a lunch or evening event, allows for a rare personal touch that is crucial in keeping with FineMark’s mission to go above and beyond for its client and the community. It is another example of the fresh perspective FineMark strives for in its industry.
