FORT MYERS, FL (JUNE 6, 2018) – Harlan C. Parrish, President of FineMark National Bank & Trust, Lee County, has been selected to serve on the Government Relations Council (GRC) for the Florida Bankers Association (FBA). The GRC, which is comprised of 60 bankers from around the state, tackles the issues facing the banking industry and then submits its recommendations on important issues to the organizations Board of Directors.
“I truly appreciate the opportunity to serve on the FBA’s Government Relations Council,” said Parrish. “This organization is a great resource for the banking industry and I look forward to addressing the important issues.”
The FBA consists of thousands of professional bankers throughout Florida, tasked with evaluating the economic, political, regulatory and educational needs of the banking industry and then developing positions, services and programs to respond to those needs.
