New App Features Available
We are pleased to announce the launch of Exception Decisions for Check & ACH Positive Pay and Approvals for Wire & ACH Origination in FineMark’s Business Banking App, giving you the ability to make time-sensitive decisions while on the go. Beginning August 6, 2024, you can view the essential details for these Positive Pay exceptions from your phone or tablet and make the decision to pay or return these transactions, regardless of your location.
What’s New
The new Approvals functionality will allow you to view and transmit one-time domestic wires or ACH originated payments in FineMark’s Business Banking App. This new functionality gives you the access and convenience when needing to transfer funds.
Check Fraud Prevention
We would also like to remind you of the importance of verifying the front and back of the checks you review in your mobile app and online. Please make sure the recipient of each check has endorsed the check properly. Check fraud is rampant in this country and FineMark is taking significant precautions to protect our clients and their money, and your assistance is vital to our success.
