At FineMark National Bank & Trust we are committed to helping individuals and families realize home ownership through a number of affordable housing programs. Through these special programs, FineMark can assist homebuyers in accessing matching funds for the down payment, closing costs and rehabilitation costs incurred when purchasing a home. Funding is available to qualified borrowers who meet income eligibility requirements, including first-time homebuyers and those who have previously owned a home.
